: This quasi-experimental research was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Kasturba Medical College and Kasturba Hospital Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC:71/2025) on 26 March 2025. The study was prospectively registered with the Clinical Trials Registry, India (CTRI/2025/05/087307) on 21 May 2025.
