: All relevant ethical guidelines were followed. The project was approved by the Regional Committees for Medical and Healthcare Research Ethics South-East C (Regionale komiteer for medisinsk og helsefaglig forskningsetikk—REK) on 14.02.2019 and 01.03.2023 (Reference 2019/123/REK sør-øst C), and institutional review board was obtained in line with Institutes’ procedure and the General Data Protection Regulation. The ethics committee system was established according to the Research Ethics Act and the Health Research Act. The committee is an administrative body with the status of a professionally independent state body, appointed by the Norwegian Ministry of Education. The assessment has been made pursuant to the Norwegian Health Research Act, and consent to participate was waved by the Regional Committees for Medical and Healthcare Research Ethics South-East C. Only aggregated data were analysed in this study.
