: We declare that our online survey was fully anonymous, as it collected no personal identifiers or data that could lead to re-identification. According to EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), Article 4(1), Recital 26; Germany’s Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) § 27, and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) guidelines, anonymous data falls outside the scope of data protection regulations and is exempt from a formal ethics approval. Therefore, we did not obtain an ethics approval as it was deemed unnecessary according to the above national regulations. The study also adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki by ensuring voluntary participation, informed consent, and data confidentiality.
