: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the University of Hong Kong/Hospital Authority Hong Kong West Cluster (HKU/HA HKW IRB, IRB reference number: UW 22–766). Conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, the study prioritized the protection of participants’ privacy and confidentiality. As the administrative data are inherently linked using unique encrypted identifiers to ensure privacy and confidentiality by the third-party company (Wonders Information) and there’s no harmful effect on participants, the exception to informed consents was also approved.
