Ethics approval and consent to participate: This register-based study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant guidelines and regulations. The study was approved on 17 September 2024 by the Ethics Committee of the Rehabilitation Foundation. The data used in the study were fully pseudonymised prior to access, and informed consent was not required due to the register-based nature of the study in accordance with national legislation. Data were accessed through permissions from Findata and Statistics Finland.
