Ethics approval and consent to participate: This survey was subject to an application for authorisation from the French data protection authority (CNIL). Before making its decision, the CNIL sought the recommendation of the French ethics and scientific committee for research, studies and valuations in the field of health (CESREES). After ensuring compliance with the regulations in force, particularly with regard to consent to participate, which here consisted of sending an information letter by mail to all participants selected at random with a reply envelope to be returned by those who did not wish to participate in the telephone survey, the CNIL gave its authorisation on 9 November 2018 under the approval number 918068.
