Ethics approval and consent to participate: The retrospective study was approved by the Ethics Committee of KingMed (Approval No. 2025085). This study utilized fully anonymized clinical data from hospitalized patients who were tested at KingMed between 2022 and 2024. These data were collected as part of routine clinical care prior to the conception of this research. Due to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of anonymized data, the requirement for informed consent was formally waived by the Ethics Committee of KingMed. All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the Helsinki declaration and its later amendments.
