Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital, Awka, under reference number COOUTH/HREC/ETH.C/VOL.1/FN:05/046. Written or oral informed consent from parents/guardians was obtained following detailed information on the aim and objectives of the research. Prior to participation, all participants were provided with information on the research focus and willingness to participate in the study was confirmed by obtaining an assent at all stages of the study protocol.
