Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the Kahramanmaraş İstiklal University Ethics Committee (Date: 21.07.2025; Approval No: E-23430505-050.04-49835). Prior to data collection, all participating mothers were informed about the purpose and procedures of the study, as well as how the findings would be used. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Participation was voluntary, and participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. No personally identifiable information was collected to ensure confidentiality. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
