: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Buea, Cameroon (Reference number: 2024/2490-03/UB/SG/IRB/FHS). Administrative authorization was obtained from the South-West Regional Delegation of Public Health and the District Health Services of Limbe and Tiko.Participation in the study was voluntary. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection.
