Ethics approval and consent to participate: The need for ethics approval was deemed unnecessary by the Investigative Committee on Clinical Research (ICCR), the Institutional Review Board of Holy Name Medical Center, Bergen County, NJ, as this study involved a secondary analysis of retrospectively collected, anonymized data with no identifiable information.
