Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The Fukushima Medical University Ethics Committee approved the study protocol (approval number: 2020–239). A questionnaire explaining the purpose of the study was mailed to participants, and informed consent was obtained through the return of the questionnaire. All participants included in the analysis were considered capable of providing informed consent, as proxy respondents were excluded from the study.
