Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Bioethics Centre (2022-03-17, Nr. BEC-M-05). Approvals were also obtained from the relevant school administrations. Informed passive parental consent was obtained via school administrations prior to data collection, and informed verbal consent was obtained from all adolescent participants before their participation.
