The study protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Al-Razi University, Sana’a, Yemen [Approval No: RU/09/FMHS/2024] and Al-Sabeen hospital. The objective of the study was clearly explained to all participants. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to inclusion in the study.
