Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study conducted a retrospective analysis using the CLHLS database. Patient information had been anonymised prior to the study, thus patient informed consent was not required, and there were no ethical conflicts. The original CLHLS project has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Environmental and Health-Related Product Safety Institute, China Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
