Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the Committee on Human Research Publication and Ethics (CHRPE) of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with approval number CHRPE/AP/649/24. Permission was also sought from the director of the Pharmacy Council, Ashanti Regional Directorate, before conducting this study. All respondents received a participant information sheet that explained the study’s benefits and risks, and provided written informed consent before data collection. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study. The study followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the relevant review committee, and all participants provided informed consent before participation.
