Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Kasetsart University Chalermphrakiat Sakon Nakhon Province Campus, Thailand (COA67/019), and permission was also obtained from the Directors of the SHPHs. The study was conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki and all participants received both oral and written information prior to providing written informed consent. Participants were fully informed of the voluntary nature of the study and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences.
