Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study received approval from the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Sana’a University. The study adhered to the ethical guidelines for medical studies involving human participants, as outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki of 1975. Due to the high percentage of illiteracy among the respondents, verbal informed consent, approved by the Ethics Committee, was obtained from the participants.
