Ethics approval and consent to participate: Written informed consent was obtained from the parents of each participating adolescent. Prior to data collection and clinical measurements, the assent was obtained from each study participant. Permissions were taken from the school authorities and respective Parent Teacher Associations. The study was approved by the Dissertation Review Committee and ethical clearance was granted by the institutional Ethical Committee of Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (ECASM-AIMS-2023-189, Dated 11-04-2023).
