Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. It was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of Sfax under number 95/25. Participation in the survey was voluntary, and informed consent was obtained from the adolescents or their legal guardians if they were under 15 years. The questionnaires were distributed individually and anonymously to the adolescents in class.
