Participant ages are reported as age-ranges and all participants are referred to by pseudonyms, so no individual participant is identifiable from the data presented. However, Informed consent to publish the data was obtained from all participants. Participants were fully informed and consented to the fact that findings based on the interviews could be published at a larger stage without any information that could lead to personal identification. The anonymity of all participants has been strictly maintained through the assignment of pseudonyms, ensuring that no published material contains any information that could lead to the personal identification of any participant.

Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study received ethical approval from the Ethical Clearance Committee of Khulna University (Reference Number: 2025-08-83). Prior to each interview, the purpose, procedures, and voluntary nature of participation were fully disclosed. Parental consent was obtained for all child participants, and children provided their own assent. The researchers served as the data collector, maintaining neutrality throughout. Pseudonyms were assigned to all respondents, and data were stored securely and used exclusively for academic purposes. All methods and procedures involving human participants were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations, including the ethical principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki (1964, as revised in 2013).Informed consent was obtained from all adult participants. For participants under 18 years of age, informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians, and assent was obtained from the children before participation.
