Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study received ethical approval from the Ethical Clearance Committee of Khulna University (Reference Number: 2025-08-83). Prior to each interview, the purpose, procedures, and voluntary nature of participation were fully disclosed. Parental consent was obtained for all child participants, and children provided their own assent. The researchers served as the data collector, maintaining neutrality throughout. Pseudonyms were assigned to all respondents, and data were stored securely and used exclusively for academic purposes. All methods and procedures involving human participants were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations, including the ethical principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki (1964, as revised in 2013).Informed consent was obtained from all adult participants. For participants under 18 years of age, informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians, and assent was obtained from the children before participation.
