: The clinical study protocol n° 2018–01233 was approved by the local ethics committee, Commission cantonale d'éthique de la recherche sur l'être humain – CER-VD.After providing written and detailed information on the study aims and safety of electrophysiological investigations, we obtained written informed consent from all surviving patients or from legal representatives of deceased patients.
