: This trial was approved by the Ethical Committee of the Technical University of Munich on 24.03.2022 (Reference number 171/22 S-KH) and will be conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines. Written, informed consent to participate in the study will be provided by all participants prior to study begin as well as requires the signature of the participant and of the informing physician. The study is registered in the German Clinical Trials Register (DRKS00028805, 22 April 2022). Any modifications of the study protocol will be submitted to the ethics committee for re-review. The main results of the study will be published in peer-reviewed academic journals as well as at conferences.
