: This study, and specifically the use of anonymised routinely collected health data was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Health Research Authority (HRA – project number 274729) and the South Birmingham Research Ethics Committee (Reference number 20/WM/0024). The HRA and South Birmingham Research Ethics Committee (Reference number 20/WM/0024) waived the need for informed consent as the study was retrospective. All methods were conducted in line with the HRA's guidelines and regulations.
