: Research approval was granted for this study by the Institutional review board of Helsinki University Hospital, Skin and Allergy Hospital (approval number HUS/3371/2019). This study was conducted as a retrospective register study and thus the above-mentioned approval was needed but an ethical committee approval was not necessary.
