: The study received approval from the College of Natural and Computational Sciences Institutional Review Board (CNS-IRB), Addis Ababa University (Ref No: CNSDO/605/13/2021). Additionally, official permission was obtained from YGH prior to commencing the study. As the study had a retrospective design, participant consent was not applicable and the CNS-IRB waived the need for consent. However, to ensure the confidentiality of the patients’ medical history, each record was assigned a unique identifier code.
