: This study, a health science survey questionnaire, was conducted in Denmark and was not subject to medical research involving human biological material. According to Danish Legislation no registration details were therefore required []. In this study, participants were not subject to procedures and participated voluntarily. To ensure the anonymity of the participants no email addresses were collected, participants were issued a code number and limited data were collected. It was therefore exempted from research ethics approval according to Danish legislation []. Prior to participating in the survey, the respondents were informed on the study, handling of the data and gave consent to participate when accepting to participate in the survey. All respondents were free to participate in the survey and skip any questions.
