: This animal study adhered to the recommendations of the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Xiamen University (#XMULAC20190077).The human observation study was conducted in accordance with the recommendations of the International Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects and adhered to the ethical standards and study approved by the ethics committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University (Permit No. 2022–067).
