This trial was approved by the Ethics Committee of Beijing Children’s Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University (the ethical approval number: [2013]-8-1). All participants or authorized surrogates would be given a detailed explanation of this trial. The guardian of these children voluntarily signed a written informed consent form, meanwhile, the children whose age more than 10 years old also required to sign by themself.
