: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá (Approval No. CR-19-069) and conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Access to medical records was granted by the institutional Information Department. Due to the retrospective nature of the study, the need for individual informed consent was waived by the Institutional Review Board, in line with national regulations (Resolution 8430 of 1993, Colombian Ministry of Health). All data were anonymized prior to analysis.
