: This study was conducted following the principles stated in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Institute of Health of Jimma University, Ethiopia (Reference: IHRPGn/168/21). Moreover, official permission was also obtained from all study sites. Since the study was retrospective and did not involve any personally identifiable information, the ethical committee waived the requirement for informed consent. To protect the privacy and confidentiality of the participants, patient names and identification numbers were not extracted.
