: This study used exclusively aggregated, anonymized data extracted from previously published clinical trials and publicly available sources; therefore, it did not involve human participants, identifiable human data, or biological specimens. In accordance with Colombian regulations (Resolution 8430 of 1993, Ministry of Health), studies based solely on secondary analysis of published, de-identified data are classified as “research without riks” and do not require review by an Institutional Review Board (IRB).The Comité de Ética en Investigación de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Antioquia evaluated the study protocol and formally waived the requirement for ethics approval and informed consent, as no individual-level or identifiable patient data were used.Ethics Committee reference number: Acta 2025-042 .Because the research did not involve human participants or data requiring consent, informed consent to participate was not applicable and was formally waived by the ethics committee.All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, including respect for individuals, protection of privacy, and the use of publicly available data for scientific purposes.
