: When the investigator discusses the informed consent form with the participant, the participant may ask the investigator to explain anything that the participant does not understand and encourage the participant to have a full discussion with family and friends before making a decision about this survey. Once the participant understands the contents of the informed consent form and agrees to participate in the survey, he or she will sign or fingerprint both informed consent forms. Ethics approval for the study was granted by the Ethics Review Committee of Peking University (Approval number: IRB00001052-11015), and all the participants provided signed informed consent at the time of participation. The study methodology was carried out in accordance with approved guidelines.
