: This study was approved by the institutional review board of the West China Hospital of Sichuan University (No. 1763). This study has been registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (No. ChiCTR1900024623), with the registration date of July 19, 2019. This study is a cross-sectional baseline analysis within a cohort framework, not a randomized controlled trial. The trial registration was completed before the first participant was enrolled. All adult participants provided written informed consent to participate in this study. All methods were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
