Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study protocol and documents, and subsequent amendments have been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of the University of Sydney (2016/959, version 9, 12/01/2018). The study underwent peer review from the Australian NHMRC before receiving funding. Any future modifications to the protocol will be submitted to the University of Sydney HREC for approval before implementation. The detailed protocol was registered before participant recruitment (Australia New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry protocol ID: ACTRN12617001595303, 01/12/2017). The study also has ethics approval from the University of Melbourne (ID 1749340) and the University of New South Wales (No. 2016/959).
