Ethics approval and consent to participate

: According to the “Ethics Committee of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Berlin, Germany” and the “Data Protection Authority Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Berlin, Germany” no formal approval had to be obtained due to the voluntary nature of the study not involving any patients and anonymous data collection.Informed consent was obtained from all study participants agreeing to complete the online questionnaire by clicking “Start the Survey”. On the first page of the survey all participants were informed that the survey needed about 5 Minutes to complete and that all data were anonymous and confidential.
