Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval has been obtained from the University of Melbourne Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC No. 1953585.1). All participants are required to provide consent to participate. Participants are encouraged to phone researchers if they have any questions or concerns regarding the contents of the PLS and/or Consent Form. Consent is obtained online using REDCap prior to completion of the baseline questionnaire or participants sign a paper-based consent form and return it via a reply-paid envelope in the post or by scanning and emailing the document to research staff.
