: The Regional Ethical Review Board at Lund University, Sweden (443–99, revised 2009) approved the study. Permission to extract data from the CPUP registry was obtained by the registry holder and the personal data responsible authority (Region Skåne).The parent or the legal guardian provided oral consent prior to participation in CPUP, and the children provided verbal assent, as applicable. Verbal consent is sufficient for participating in the Swedish national quality registries. Participation can be discontinued at any time, and the decision to withdraw will not affect the healthcare received.
