: This study will be conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (64th version, October 2013) and was approved by the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam (reference number: project 2019_0528). Written informed consent is obtained from all participants before the study procedure starts. The trial is registered in the Dutch Trial Registry (registration number NL8311). In all participating hospitals, the local responsible authorities approved the conduct of the study. In case of important protocol modifications (e.g. new or cancelling of a recruiting hospital, change in outcomes) this will be communicated towards the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam.
