: This is a retrospective longitudinal study conducted as part of the STRIDE registry. Approval by the Swedish Ethics Committee and signed informed consent were obtained prior to inclusion in the STRIDE registry. For all subjects below the age of 18 years, informed consent was signed by the parents/guardians.All examinations and parameters stated in the methods that were used in the study were performed in accordance with the relevant regulations and international guidelines.
