: I can confirm that this study was discussed with the Chairperson of the Human Research Ethics Committee at the primary site of investigation (Hollywood Private Hospital), prior to the commencement of patient enrolment. The Chairperson concluded that the study presented no ethical issues, and did not require formal HREC review.Please see attached the correspondence from the HREC Chairperson, in the InternalRef removed section of the submission.All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant ethical guidelines and regulations.It was noted that no identifiable patient data was obtained during the course of the study. Further, there was no risk of harm or discomfort to participating patients.Each patient was provided detail on the purpose and process of the data collection, and were required to confirm their informed consent, prior to enrolment. A tick box confirming informed consent was completed by each patient, prior to their participation in the study.
