On the first page of the survey all study participants received written information about purpose, extent and data storage of the study. Before starting the survey, participants gave informed consent by ticking a checkbox to confirm that they had read and understood the study information and agreed to participate in the study. Study participation was anonymous and voluntary with the option to withdraw/drop-out at any time. No incentives were offered for participation.
