: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, as outlined in the Helsinki Declaration.The selected study participants were invited to participate via mail and were informed of the study content. They were given the option to reply by prepaid mail if they accepted participation. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects who agreed to answer questionnaires or attend the additional clinical examination.The Swedish Ethical Review Authority was established on 1 January 2019, with its headquarters located in Uppsala. Prior to 2019, ethical review was conducted by six regional ethical review boards located in Gothenburg, Linköping, Lund, Stockholm, Umeå, and Uppsala.All experimental protocols were approved by an Ethical Review Board Stockholm. An ethical application, with the number 2012/1505–31/4, was submitted to the Ethical Review Board Stockholm and subsequently received approval.
