: The study was done in accordance to the guideline Good Practice of Secondary Data Analysis from the German Society of Epidemiology and the German Society for Social Medicine and Prevention. Approval was obtained from the ethics committee of the Faculty of Medicine Carl Gustav Carus at the TU Dresden (reference number: EK 121042018). Because of the non-interventional nature of routine healthcare data no consent to participate was collected nor would be feasibly.
