: This study was approved by the Regional Ethics Committee in Linköping (entry no. 2010/403 − 31) in accordance to Swedish law (2003:460) on ethical review of research regarding humans, and EU Regulation (2016/679) General Data Protection Regulation. No experimentation or intervention was involved, and there was no contact between the researchers and the children. Since this is purely a data analysis study based on national registers, in accordance to the above mentioned legislation, the requirement for informed consent was waived.
