: After approval by the manager of the workplace for participation in the study, the HCWs were given both oral and written information about the study. Participants gave their informed consent to participate in the study by answering the questionnaire. According to the Swedish Ethical Review Act (2003:460) [], an ethical approval is required if sensitive personal data is handled. In this feasibility study no such research was conducted and ethical approval was deemed unnecessary for this specific study. We have followed good research practice, and the study complies with the Helsinki Declaration 1964. This feasibility study is part of a larger cluster randomized trial research [] which was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (DNRs 2021–00578, Swedish Ethics Review Authority, Gothenburg).
