The Ethics Committee of Taizhou People’s Hospital shall waive informed consent for research using medical records obtained in previous clinical treatment if the following conditions are met: 1. The risk of this research to the subjects is not greater than the minimal risk (the likelihood and degree of the expected risk of the experiment is not greater than the risk of daily life or routine physical examination or heart test). 3.
