: Ethical approval to conduct this study was obtained from the Makerere University School of Public Health Research Ethics Committee. The study was also registered with the Uganda National Council of Science and Technology. Permission and administrative clearance for the study was obtained from the respective city authorities and private companies. All methods were performed in accordance with the with relevant guidelines and regulations such as Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to the study, we obtained written informed consent from all participants, emphasizing their right to decline participation or withdraw at any point without any negative consequences. We assured participants that their responses were confidential, and no personally-identifying information, such as names or ID numbers, were recorded on the datasheets. We provided clear information about the research objectives and stressed the significance of their involvement in the study.
