: The Institutional Review Board (IRB) was obtained from the Research and Ethics Committee (REC) of the School of Public Health, Pharma College, provided ethical clearance with all the necessary ethical considerations. The authorization was sought from each of the selected banks’ administration. Informed written consent from respondents was obtained to protect autonomy and ensure confidentiality. All study participants were told that the participation was voluntary and the right to withdraw responponding at any time if they were not feeling the comfortable with the questionnaire.
