In accordance with Danish national legislation, register research projects, interview surveys, and questionnaire surveys need only be approved if human biological material is included in the project (National Committee for Health Research Ethics: ). As this study does not include human biological material, ethical approval is unnecessary. This has been confirmed by The Regional Committee on Health Ethics for Southern Denmark (20192000-105).
